Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building engaging communities, promoting brand awareness, and converting followers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Content Support: Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Analytics: Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Tech Requirements: Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 mbps for both download and upload speed), personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
