Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual to develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, drive brand awareness, and turn followers into customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans to grow reach and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
