As a Senior Client Insight Specialist, you will collaborate with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables. You will develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.

You will lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes. You will deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing analytics, data analysis, and visualisation tools like Tableau. You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Present findings directly to client stakeholders
  • Translate data into compelling narratives
  • Build trust through clear storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on client-facing work
  • Expert-level SQL
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis and performance attribution
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools
