Commissions Analyst I Job Description

This position requires a Commissions Data Analyst to work closely with the Commissions Manager. The primary responsibility is to validate Sales orders monthly, using the CRM – Salesforce and an internal system order manager called OMS. Advanced analysis, technical, and critical thinking skills are essential to process huge amounts of data and meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate monthly reports from the team's OMS Bookings Report and Salesforce.
  • Ensure all approved bookings are executed in Salesforce.
  • Assign correct Sale Type of products based on historical Client data.
  • Provide high accuracy of data from the Order Management System Bookings Report and reflect it in Salesforce.
  • Communicate and resolve booking-related concerns with sales representatives.
  • Reflect correct booking values in Salesforce according to current Sales Terms and Conditions and Client historical data.
  • Generate weekly reports with allocation.
  • Maintain Site Expansion List sent by the Commissions VP.
  • Handle Incent and other Non-OMS processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of finance experience.
  • Experience in incentive compensation is preferred.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility to work overtime/weekends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and Microsoft Excel intermediate skills.
