Job Description

This role involves providing expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep experience and knowledge of Absence & Time Tracking. The successful candidate will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions, along with previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company. Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously is a plus.

The role also involves mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model, as well as coaching others on product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

Maintenance of Workday certifications and qualifications is also expected, ensuring functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.

A key aspect of this role is facilitating clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices, while maintaining clients' ongoing satisfaction.

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification

  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
