Architecture Manager Assistant Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Architecture Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager.
  • Task Coordination: Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring timely completion.
  • Architectural Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking.
  • USA Structure Knowledge: Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks.
  • Client & Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
