Key Insurance Operations Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide assistance with insurance operations by completing applications, managing quotes, and maintaining organized records.
Main Responsibilities:- Accurately process and complete insurance applications and Acord forms.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses in a timely manner.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and create comparative proposals for clients.
- Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients to ensure seamless application processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all submissions and quotes.
This position requires experience in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting support or account management. Proficiency in Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is also necessary, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
