Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our insurance operations. The role involves filling out applications, submitting quotes with underwriters via email, and managing quotes through online portals.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position is responsible for completing and processing insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
  • You will submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
  • Oriented with a customer-centric approach, you will obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
  • You will communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
    • Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
      • A proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is required.
      • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, you will be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
