Job Description

This is a remote position in product development.

The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to transform the initial concept into a viable commercial product.

The Product Developer role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and evaluate new product ideas.

You will work with suppliers to communicate requirements, including specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, order, and evaluate samples.

Coordinate with team members to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met.

Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in product development roles, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • Project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
