About The Role

The Client Success Specialist Dedicated Account will collaborate with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to deliver exceptional support and strengthen relationships with our largest client.

This role focuses on proactive client success and special project management, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can provide strong support and partnership to the internal team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Support - Manage daily communications for our largest client, responding promptly to requests, questions, and needs.
  • Client Meetings - Participate in client-facing meetings with the Client Success Manager.
  • Account Performance Monitoring - Regularly review and monitor account data and performance, ensuring smooth management of the day-to-day client experience.
  • Quality Assurance - Act as the internal QA resource for the largest client, identifying order issues and leading timely corrections according to client specifications.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable access to high-speed internet and suitable equipment, including a laptop with camera and audio.
  • At least 2 years of client-facing or account support experience, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
