We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant or Digital Reputation Specialist. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in online reputation management and administrative support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online presence, generating positive reviews, and handling high-priority tasks to protect and enhance brand reputation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring online platforms and responding appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation.
  • Developing strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments.
  • Generating and coordinating positive app store reviews through legitimate channels.
  • Tracking and reporting on online sentiment and reputation metrics.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination.
  • Serving as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
