Poutrix is seeking skilled Cost & Commercial Management professionals to join our team. You will contribute to the success of our CCM team by working on a variety of projects focused on sustainability and resilience.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of various projects, from small residential developments to large-scale commercial ventures. Your expertise in cost planning, estimation, and budgeting will help drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Independently review and analyze project costs and variances on small commercial/regeneration/residential projects to identify areas for cost savings.
  2. Manage small to medium-scale cost projects or contribute significantly to larger cost management assignments, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  3. Identify and address potential business risks, escalating concerns to senior management to prevent adverse project impacts.
  4. Offer guidance on risk management best practices to colleagues, ensuring alignment with organizational risk and compliance protocols.
  5. Analyze and interpret project data to inform cost and commercial management decisions, preparing relevant documentation and advising on optimal strategies.
  6. Apply knowledge and experience to evaluate and improve existing cost and commercial management processes and policies, fostering innovation and continuous service improvement.
  7. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external clients, utilizing technical expertise to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
  8. Provide specialized technical support to colleagues, facilitating knowledge sharing and exceptional client service.
  9. Foster collaboration with external stakeholders to understand their needs, resolving issues and delivering quality client care that contributes to sustained client satisfaction.
  10. Contribute to the leadership of small to medium-sized cost projects or provide significant cost management input, aligning with project scope and deadlines.
