UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify needs and pain points, informing design decisions and ensuring a user-centered approach.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate implementation.
  • Maintain and create design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility, using data and insights to guide decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for accessibility.
