UI Design Position

We're looking for a skilled UI Designer to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

This role involves designing digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless implementation of designs. The successful candidate will have experience in design tools, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication skills.

A key responsibility is translating wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables. This includes creating and maintaining design systems, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and conducting usability testing.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools, and able to ensure all UI designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to align UI designs with user experience principles.
  • Create and maintain design systems, including style guides, colour palettes, typography, and reusable components.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools.
  • Evaluate designs against best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, usable interfaces.
