We are seeking a skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating user-centered digital products and internal platforms with clean interfaces, smooth flows, and intuitive interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging and effective user experiences across various web and mobile platforms. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to collaborate seamlessly with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility
  • Create responsive and interactive interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research, usability, and design systems
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on user-centered design principles
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex digital products and services
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools such as XD and Sketch
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and design systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience with prototyping and motion design tools such as Framer and Lottie
