Job Title

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting.

  • Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
  • University degree and 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
