Insurance Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative insurance solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business problems, developing solutions, and implementing them in collaboration with clients and technical resources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Design and implement simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.
  • Communicate complex business requirements and processes to stakeholders through various means, including work sessions and interviews.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required; Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred.
  • Domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach to prioritizing work.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
  • Good organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes.
  • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.
