Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Implementing local SEO and referral links to build the authority of divisional webpages.
  • Overseeing website management, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Administering and maintaining WordPress websites, including theme and plugin updates, content management, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fire and life safety industry.
  • Expertise in WordPress site management, including content updates, webpage creation, plugins, and site maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of both onsite and offsite SEO best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
