Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow modules to enhance IT service management workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing customized ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management processes
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge bases aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to curate content that reduces ticket volume and boosts self-service adoption
  • Preparing design-level, program-level, and user-level documentation to support development and deployment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of IT Service Management and Customer Service Management within ServiceNow
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs
  • Exposure to AI-driven enhancements like Now Assist
  • End-to-end handling of change requests, incident resolution, and knowledge management
  • Experience with scripting (UI Policy, Client Script, UI Actions, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs) and workflow tools
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar domain
  • Mid-Senior level
