Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring the successful application of company products and services to our banking customers.

You will manage an implementation queue, delivering high-quality customer experiences while maximizing internal resource utilization and revenue activations.

You will engage with customers to address issues throughout the deployment process, taking ownership of resolution and following through on results.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead small- to mid-size customer implementation projects, driving end-to-end coordination of project deliverables and interfacing with internal resources to establish and meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Solution Implementation.
  • Good business English skills (written and spoken).
