Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of our software platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web development, with experience in leading high-velocity teams and implementing efficient engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Leadership
    • Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Drive a consistent and high-quality development process across multiple engineering squads.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into executable engineering work.
  • Team Development
    • Manage and support a team of software engineers, creating an environment where they can excel.
    • Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
    • Identify and develop growth opportunities for team members, promoting their career advancement.
  • Process Optimization
    • Implement and refine lightweight processes that enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.
    • Champion code quality, test automation, observability, and security best practices.
    • Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure operational discipline.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in technical leadership.
  • Strong technical background in modern web development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Golang, React).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, IaC).
  • Experience working in high-velocity teams that ship iteratively while maintaining high standards.
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience working in B2B SaaS, especially in HR tech or compliance-sensitive environments.
