Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to oversee the delivery of accounting and tax services to SME clients in Australia.

This role will involve leading a team of junior and senior accountants, managing client portfolios, and driving high levels of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, portfolio management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and tax services to SME clients in Australia
  • Liaise with clients on their behalf with government agencies
  • Prepare and submit BAS statements and tax returns
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advise clients on accounting and taxation matters
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
