Project Manager – Product, Web & Cross-functional Operations

About the Role

This role will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Manage daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams.
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time.
  • Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals.
  • Help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations.
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination.
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams.
  • Support the leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools.
