Role Description

The Digital Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality digital assets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client specifications. This role involves managing a team responsible for web support, quality assurance, and design, with a focus on analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth project delivery by identifying workflow bottlenecks and standardizing processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and maintain high quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, drive efficiency, and optimize delivery speed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align outputs with client goals, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement.

Additional requirements include proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), testing new features on both the front and back end, and experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

This position requires strong English communication skills, hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, and a keen eye for design and content quality assurance. Familiarity with Project & Workflow Management tools is also beneficial.

Desirable Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous. Additionally, experience with Figma and proficiency in reading and assessing design files are highly valued.
