**Key Responsibilities**

As a Marketing Specialist , your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • Proposing effective event and message strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Leveraging paid advertising platforms to launch targeted campaigns.
  • Setting up and executing paid advertising campaigns, selecting targeting options, setting budget parameters, and optimizing campaign settings for maximum performance.
  • Monitoring and administering website analytics, reports, and understanding of reporting tools.
  • Providing actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders and regular reporting of all Paid Advertising campaigns.
  • Bid management: Setting and adjusting bids for individual keywords to ensure that ads are shown to the right people at the right time.

**Additional Duties**

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to:

  • Respond to changes in the marketing function as dictated by the company.
  • Develop creative strategies with the sales team to attract potential and new customers.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen understanding of revenue tracking and paid advertising.
