About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaign management, creative collaboration, launch and optimization, reporting, tracker management, performance marketing, and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Ensure accurate input and management of campaign details.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Launch and Optimization: Efficiently launch campaigns on Facebook, monitoring their performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed daily reports on campaign performance, analyzing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracker Management: Maintain and manage trackers, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
  • Performance Marketing: Utilize experience in performance marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing goals.
  • Innovative Strategies: Apply knowledge of Blackhat marketing tactics where appropriate, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a campaign management role.
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Marketing, Google Marketing, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloaking technologies and strategies is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in performance marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Knowledge of Blackhat marketing techniques is an advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
