Job Summary

This is a high-level attorney position that provides critical legal support to the Supply Chain department. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust integrity framework across all supply chain operations, minimizing litigation risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate a wide range of supply chain-related contracts, guaranteeing adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and food laws.
  • Provide strategic legal advice for key projects, including sustainability initiatives, new product launches, and greenfield plant developments.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Law (LLB) required; Master's in Law (LLM) preferred, demonstrating advanced legal expertise.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with significant time spent in both law firms and manufacturing companies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking are essential.
