Lead Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead our design efforts across interactive gaming and entertainment platforms.

  • Design user interfaces for modern gaming websites, ensuring seamless mobile-responsive experiences that meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility
  • Enhance user experience based on user feedback, analytics, and internal evaluations to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to foster their growth and development
  • Develop scalable design systems and maintain reusable interface components that support efficient design and development processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product vision and ensure effective communication and project execution
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and driving design excellence
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs within gaming or digital platforms that showcase creativity, technical skill, and innovative thinking
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with bonus points for Zeplin, Principle, or similar tools that demonstrate expertise and adaptability
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy, as well as a deep understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles
