Design Visionary & 3D Rendering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Visionary & 3D Rendering Expert to lead our interior design team and create stunning visual experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative design concepts for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using industry-leading software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion.
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes that meet the highest standards of design excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution, on-budget delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp (essential) and proficiency in V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
  • Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow.
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva.
  • Architectural/technical drawing ability.
  • UK construction or materials knowledge.
Tools and Technologies:
  • 3D Design & Rendering: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion.
  • Technical Drawings: AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Design & Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva.
  • Project Management: Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com.
