Lead Design Professional

We're seeking a seasoned design expert to drive the vision of our web and content projects. As a key team member, you'll oversee all website redesigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive website designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers to guarantee smooth handovers and efficient project management.
  • Maintain and elevate brand standards through effective visual communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement in our design processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UX research and strategy, including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with content marketing design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proven project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
