Job Opportunity: Architectural Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Architectural Visionary to lead the development of our application architecture roadmap, driving innovation and technical excellence in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a cohesive, long-term architectural strategy, aligning with enterprise goals and technological advancements.
  • Define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support business domains.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide a team of architects to encourage professional growth and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
  • Communicate architectural strategies effectively across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design, architectural governance, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
