Job Title: Medical Operations Manager

A remote Medical Operations Manager oversees a team of medical assistants to align their performance with client expectations. This role involves daily management, planning, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including task planning and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs
  • Assist clients in growing their businesses using global medical services as a Medical Operations Manager
  • Client-VA management and mitigation of concerns
Requirements
  • PREFERRED: A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field
  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiar with operational processes)
  • HIGHLY PROFICIENT IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE (both written and oral)
  • CAN PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE AND WORK ALONGSIDE HIGH-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • A SELF-STARTER WITH A HIGH MOTIVATION LEVEL. FOCUSED, ORGANIZED, AND HAS A GROWTH MINDSET
  • ABILITY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX: CAN UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS AND CREATE SOLUTIONS IF NECESSARY
  • MUST BE EFFICIENT WITH MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND GOOGLE SUITE
