Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and drive the optimization of our internal tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streamlining processes, automating workflows, and enabling teams through technology.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving company-wide tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot. You will also support the rollout and adoption of these tools through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.

Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards. Your expertise in process improvement and automation will enable you to generate insights through data and reporting, and support change and project execution efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making
