Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to optimize our tools, systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize internal tools and automations to improve operational efficiency
  • Improve processes and workflows to increase productivity
  • Generate insights through data and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support change and project execution to ensure business goals are met
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in all areas of operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience
  • Project coordination or Agile project management experience
