Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to plan, execute, monitor, and control the mapping component of a solutions implementation project across various areas.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly organized individual with 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Release Management, Change Management, or Process Management.
  • Prior experience in solutions/applications delivery, customer/client-facing experience, and risk management is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and lead the team, and have a demonstrated ability to partner with others.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will serve as the SPOC for the SI project in the Manila Solution Center, thoroughly reviewing PM Handoff Materials from the Solutions Definition team.
  2. Attend project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings with the Onshore team, defining project tasks, estimating effort, and laying out the detailed workplan.
  3. You will work with Practice/People Managers on fulfilling analysis, development, and QA resource requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and manage changes in scope/requirements.
  4. Ensure accurate completion and closure of OpenAir Business Grid Action Items, complete project deliverables on time, and meet overall project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is an advantage.
  • PMP Certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
