Key Responsibilities

As you grow in the role, you will take on increasingly complex automation challenges across different business areas, build integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and become the technical expert who shapes the company's digital infrastructure.

Within 1 month, you will complete onboarding and understand current manual processes, set up a development environment, and establish a project workflow.

Within 6 months, you will achieve significant reduction in manual process time, demonstrate completion of full business automation project, and become the trusted technical partner for business transformation.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven customization expertise
  • Strong coding and development capabilities
  • Track record of completing implementation projects independently

We are looking for a mid-senior level developer who can work autonomously with minimal supervision, has previous experience taking over stalled projects, and delivers successful outcomes.
