About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Manager to spearhead our international sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in new markets. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients, focusing on industries and regions that align with Sovrun's platform capabilities and expansion plans.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their marketing objectives and demonstrating how Sovrun's platform can meet their needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in new countries, tailoring sales approaches to fit regional dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets in different countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within digital marketing, advertising sales, or technology sectors.
  • Experience in international sales and market expansion is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition strategies and marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels across different cultures.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and reward-based marketing platforms is a plus.
