Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion at Comm&Sense, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development: Identify industries and emerging trends that represent growth opportunities for Comm&Sense, and develop marketing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  2. Sales Target Setting: Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish yearly and quarterly sales targets, and develop detailed strategies to achieve these targets.
  3. Client Acquisition: Build relationships with prospective clients, lead credentials presentations, and organize pitches for potential clients.
  4. Project Management: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure a seamless handoff to the assigned Tribe.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
