Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) handling customer, merchant, and rider complaints for our food delivery application. This role ensures the efficient resolution of issues, maintains service quality, and oversees training for merchants on navigating the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of CSRs in handling customer, merchant, and rider inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service resolution times.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in handling complaints and escalations within a food delivery, e-commerce, or tech-based service industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities, with experience conducting workshops or onboarding sessions.
