Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize messages
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Conduct research and provide concise summaries to assist the CEO in decision-making
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely retrieval of information
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the related field
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) with the ability to draft professional emails and documents
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software
  • Familiarity with project management tools is preferred
