We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize messages
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries to assist the CEO in decision-making
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely retrieval of information
- Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant supporting senior leadership
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) with the ability to draft professional emails and documents
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software
- Familiarity with project management tools is preferred
