Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and validate customer information through the credit investigation process.
  2. Conduct personal interviews and gather credit information from information bureaus and other offices.
  3. Conduct credit checks with banks, trade references, and suppliers to determine the historical experience and paying habits of the credit applicant.
  4. Prepare weekly & monthly CI schedules.
  5. Deliver accurate and reliable credit investigation reports.
  6. Establish rapport with credit customers, trade suppliers, and other related credit offices and agencies.

Requirements:

  1. At least a graduate of a 4-year business course.
  2. With at least two (2) years of general relevant experience in either research or investigation specific to credit administration, one (1) year of which should be in credit investigation work and well-versed in provincial and Metro Manila routes.
  3. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Superior customer service, research, analytical, and investigative skills.
  6. Good planning and organizational skills.
  7. Able to handle work pressure, flexible, and highly productive.
  8. Creative thinking and problem resolution skills.
  9. Patient and able to relate to all levels in the organization.
  10. Emotionally mature.
