Overview of Job Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective billing strategies to meet client needs.
  • Process and verify all financial transactions related to client accounts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in billing operations.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify any billing-related queries or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on billing performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong numerical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software are also essential.
