Accounting Technical Lead Job Description

The Accounting Technical Lead is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of accounting systems and processes. This includes conducting daily reviews to ensure procedural adherence, comprehensive documentation, and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include performing daily and monthly audits of work processes, preparing and reviewing GAAP financial statements, reviewing and processing investor movements, reconciling portfolio holdings and cash balances, and accurately booking investor activity into technology.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with 8-10+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, Accounting, and Audit from a multinational company. A CPA, CMA, and Master's degree are also highly valued.
