Job Overview:

A critical role within our organization is to hire a Financial Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end general accounting functions. This encompasses operating income statement reporting with variance analysis, accounts reconciliation analysis schedules, maintenance of financial databases, and preparation of financial statements during external audits for statutory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
