Key Roles and Responsibilities

The training quality and metrics specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of HR services through the development and delivery of training programs, quality assurance, and metrics analysis.

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for HR team members, employees, and managers.
  • Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to identify training needs, ensuring that training materials are current, relevant, and effective.
  • Implement quality checks and audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Analyze data to provide insights on service delivery, process efficiency, and team performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR services, training development, quality assurance, or data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metrics.
