Senior Loan Processing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Loan Processing Specialist.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, remote work opportunity that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Loan Processor, you will be responsible for end-to-end loan processing, including verifying applications, ensuring compliance with lending standards, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
- Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
- Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market. They will also possess strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
