What You'll Do

You will handle loan documentation, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate with key stakeholders to support smooth loan processing. Your role is vital in ensuring compliance, meeting deadlines, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation (income statements, credit reports, bank statements, etc.)
  • Prepare and review loan applications for completeness before submission
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS) and CRM
  • Coordinate and follow up with appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers
  • Track loan file progress and ensure compliance requirements and deadlines are met
  • Draft and send communications to clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the Loan Officer
  • Assist with pipeline management, reporting, file status checks, and escalation of urgent issues
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining client records
