About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee our company-wide financial strategy and lead a high-performing finance team.

This individual will own the financial clarity that powers informed business decisions, drives growth, and ensures the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Finance:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies across all business units.
    • Lead quarterly planning and revenue target-setting for each channel and product line.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Promote financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and develop the Finance Manager and Bookkeeper, ensuring high performance, clarity of roles, and growth.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and dynamic team environment that fosters open communication and innovation.
  • Business Partnerships:
    • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, creative producers, and operations leads to drive business growth and success.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial leadership or management, preferably in startups or media/consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
