Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner to senior finance and business leaders, challenging business assumptions and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, shaping business strategies.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced financial tools, process automation, and data visualization to elevate analytics and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
