The Financial Strategist will oversee financial planning and analysis activities to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes are aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance effectively.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities to drive business growth.
- Create and present financial reports, including variance analyses and trend forecasting to support informed decision-making.
- Support the leadership team in evaluating potential investments and opportunities for expansion.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Finance Business Partner or in Commercial Finance is essential.
- Industry experience in retail or distribution is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is necessary.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide insightful financial information to support business decisions.
